In principle, members’ PRed accounts and PReds in the account are valid for a long time. Whenever members log in accounts within 3 years, they can use PReds. For members whose accounts have been deactivated or frozen after 3 years, they can contact the customer service of PRed platform App to apply for account restoration.

If members have not logined for 3 years in a row, they will receive an email to notify them that PReds donation system will be activated 3 months later from then on. Their PReds will be donated to charity organizations within 2 years ( 50% PReds donation each year).
