1. Forgot your PRed PIN: open PRed platform App>’Me’>click the upper right button to reset>’Safety Settings’>’Reset PRed PIN’> tap ‘Forgot PRed PIN?’>get a verification code>enter verification code and reset a new PRed PIN;

2. Reset your payment password: open PRed platform App>’Me’>click the upper right button to reset>enter old PRed PIN and new PRed PIN.
