If you need to request for a refund after successful payment, you can make the refund request through ‘Me’>’Records’>select the specific transaction you want to refund>’Refund’>enter the refund reason>the partner merchant agrees to the refund request>members need to agree to return the PReds earned by this transaction>PReds earned will be returned within 1 working day. Also, if you have redeemed PReds in this transaction, these PReds will be refunded to your PRed account within 1 working day. Currencies you paid will also be refunded, which will spend 1 working day at the soonest and 14 working days at the slowest.
