Our products and/or services include the core functions which are necessary to earn or redeem PReds, to improve our products and/or services, and to secure transactions. We may collect, process, store, and use the following information related to you to achieve these functions. If you do not provide relevant information, you will not be able to enjoy our products and/or services. These features include:
1.Functions necessary to earn or redeem PReds during consumption and payment
(1) Member Registration
Firstly, you need to register a member account to become a PRed user. When you register, at least you need to provide us with your member account ID, password, your mobile phone number and email address (for email verification). We will send SMS verification code or email to verify your identity. Your account ID is your default ID, you can modify your ID, gender, birthday, hobbies and other account information. Your account information will help us to provide you with personalized product recommendations and a better consumption experience, but if you do not provide such information, it will not affect your basic functions of earning or redeeming PReds when you consume and pay.
(2) Display and Search of Commodity Information
In order to provide you a better using experience, we may collect your equipment information and type of browser when you use our products and/or service (including equipment name, model, equipment identification number, operating system and application software version, language settings, resolution, the service provider network ID (PLMN)), to provide you the optimal way of commodity display. We will also use your above personal information to continuously improve and optimize the above functions.
You can also search to find exactly what goods or services you need. We will retain your search content to facilitate you to re-enter or show you the products associated with your search. Please note that your search keyword data cannot be independently identified, your search keyword data does not belong to your personal data. We have the right to use it for any purpose. (3) Consumption
When you consume in a merchant, we need to manage the merchant in accordance with laws, regulations and regulatory provisions to prevent the risk of cash out or fraud. 4.1) PReds
When you use PReds to redeem the payment amount, we need to record your PRed account balance and transaction information. If you do not agree with us to record the above information, you may not be able to use PReds to redeem the payment amount.
4.2) Quick Payment
When you use the express payment service, you can directly show your bank card to the merchant to complete the payment. We do not collect your personal banking information above.
4.3) Credit Card Payment
When you use the credit card payment service, you can directly show your credit card to the merchant for payment. We do not collect your personal credit card information above.
2. Functions necessary to improve our products and/or services
We may collect your order information, browse information, and your interests (which you can select from the account settings) for data analysis to form user portraits to display you the goods or services that you are interested in, or show you the items you might want to find when you search. We may also obtain your other information that we need to provide services and improve the quality of our services reasonably, such as the information that you send to us when you participate in the questionnaire survey and the information that we obtain when you interact with our affiliates and our partners. For data collected from your various devices, we may associate them so that we can provide consistent services to you on those devices. We may combine information from one service with information from other services to provide you with services, personalized content and recommendations.
3. Functions necessary to ensure the security of transactions

The following additional functions may collect, process and use your personal information in order to making your consumption more convenient and fun, and enhancing your experience of earning or redeeming PRed during payment on PRed. If you do not provide such personal information, you can still earn or redeem PReds when conducting payment, but you may not be able to use additional features that can bring you pleasure when consuming or You need to fill in some information repeatedly when consuming. These additional features include:
(1) Personalized recommendation feature based on the location information: we will collect your location information (we will only collect your geographical position at that time, but will not associate your location data in each period to determine your whereabouts trajectory) to determine the location where you are, then automatically recommend for you PRed you can use, purchase for goods or services. For example, to recommend you the nearest partner merchant of PRed.
(2) Additional functions based on address book information: We will collect your address book information so that you do not have to manually enter the contact information of your address book; In order to increase the social interest of your consumption, we can also determine whether your friends are also members of PRed and establish a connection for your communication on PRed with your consent. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect you to use PRed App.
(3) Additional functions based on keystroke recognition: For providing your more secure and convenient payment service, if your device supports fingerprint function, you can choose to use fingerprint payment service. You need to enter your fingerprint information on your device, and then complete the information verification on your device when you make the fingerprint payment. We only receive verification results and do not collect your fingerprint information. If you do not want to use fingerprint verification, you can still pay by other means.
(4) In order to provide you one-click sharing service, our product integrates Youmeng+ U-SharesdK, which will collect your device identification information (such as IMEl/ Android ID/DFA) and the social account information you need to share, to complete the one-click sharing service. For your information security, we have made data security confidentiality agreement with the third party SDK service providers, and these companies will strictly comply with our data privacy and security requirements. 2. To use above additional functions, you are required to give us access to your geo-location (location data), camera, album (photo gallery), microphone and address book in your device to collect, process and use the data for these functions. You can view the enabled status of above permissions in the Account Settings – Settings – Privacy of your personal mobile devices and decide to turn them on or off at any time. Please note when you open the permissions, it represents that you authorize us to collect process, and achieve above functions. When you close the permissions, it represents that you cancel the authorization, then we will no longer continue to collect, process, and use your personal data, and we are unable to provide you above authorized functions. Your decision of turning off your permission does not affect the processing of your personal data that was previously done based on your permission.
(III) You fully understand that we do not need your authorization to collect and use personal data under any of the following circumstances:

(IV) Circumstances in which we obtain your personal information from third parties

In the use of personal data, such as personal data display and personal data association calculation, we will use a variety of data desensitization technologies, including SHA256, HSTS, CC attack protection, to enhance the security of personal data in use.
(3) PRed adopts strict data access permission control and multiple identity authentication technology to protect personal data and avoid illegal use of data.
(4) PRed adopts automatic code security check and data access log analysis technology to conduct personal data security audit.
2. Other security measures taken by PRed to protect personal data
(1) PRed manages and standardizes the storage and use of personal data by establishing data classification system, data security management standard and data security development standard.
(2) PRed carries out comprehensive security control of data through privacy policy of data contacts, monitoring and auditing mechanism.
(3) PRed shall establish a data security committee and set up a dedicated data protection department and a data security emergency response organization to promote and protect personal data security.
(5) Strengthen safety awareness. We will also conduct security and privacy training courses to enhance staff’s awareness of the importance of protecting personal data.
3. We only allow PRed, relative employees and partners who need to know such data to access personal data, and set up strict access permission control and monitoring mechanism for this purpose. We also require all personnel who may have access to your personal data to perform the corresponding confidentiality obligations. Failure to meet these obligations may result in legal liability or termination of the partnership with PRed.

7. Handling of security incidents
(1) When trading goods or services online with a third party through the website of PRed, you will inevitably have to disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the trading party or potential trading party. (2) In order to deal with the possible risks of personal data disclosure, damage and loss, PRed has formulated a number of systems to clarify the classification standards of security incidents, security vulnerabilities and corresponding processing procedures. (Ⅱ) Preservation of your personal data
- Your personal data will be stored in AWS/ Macao Special Administrative Region. If you use the cross-border transaction service and need to transfer your personal data to foreign countries to complete the transaction, we will individually obtain your authorization and consent and ask the recipient to handle such personal data in accordance with our instructions, this Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
- Please note that after you successfully applying to freeze/deactivate/cancel your account, we will complete the audit of your account freeze/deactivate/cancel within 48 hours of your application. After the audit is approved, we will delete or anonymize your personal data.
- If we terminate the services or operations, we will notify you at least 15 days in advance and delete or anonymize your personal data after termination of the services or operations.

You can log out directly from our products. After you freeze/deactivate/cancel your account, we will cease to provide you with products and/or services and, upon your request, we will delete your personal information unless otherwise required by laws and regulations. (3) In order to protect your privacy, we will not, in any way or by any means, push to you any promotional or product information involving religious belief, sex, disease or other sensitive content.
6. Respond to your request
If you cannot access through the way to consult, correct or delete your personal information, or you need to visit and consult, correct or delete other personal information generated by using our products and/or services, or you think there is any violation of laws, regulations, or provisions of the personal information collection or usage of PRed, you can send email to cs@pineapplec.com to contact us. For security purposes, we may require you to provide a written request or otherwise which can prove your identity, and we will respond your request within 30 days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity. In principle, we do not charge you for reasonable requests, but for repeated requests beyond reasonable limits, we will charge a certain cost according to the situation. We may reject requests that are gratuitously repetitive or require too many technical means (for example, the need of developing new systems or change existing practices radically), pose a risk to the legitimate interests of others, or are highly impractical (for example, involving backing up data on tape).
We will not be able to respond to your request as required by laws and regulations in the following circumstances:

Ⅵ. Protection of Personal Data of Minors
1. PRed attaches great importance to the protection of minors’ personal data.
