1. Tap ‘Me’> ‘Order’ to open the mall order page.
2. Select the order you want to apply for refund. Tap ‘Order detail’> ‘REFUND’.
3. Select refund reason, tap ‘SUBMIT’.
4. Refund successfully. PReds redeemed will be refunded to your PRed account in real time. Payment amount you paid will be refunded within 10 working days in the original way.
