1. If the member suspect that his/her account is logged in maliciously or his/her password is leaked, he/she can apply to freeze/deactivate/cancel the member’s account by sending an email to cs@pineapplec.com to freeze PReds in the PRed account to ensure security;

3. If there is any transaction which is not completed during that period, it will be cancelled automatically;
4. If members want to re-enable member accounts after freezing/deactivating, they can consult detail information by sending an email to cs@Pineapplec.com.
